Congratulations on your engagement! The staff of The Loading Dock is ready to assist you. We embrace the fact that every wedding is unique, which is why each client receives a personalized quote tailored to the bride and groom’s preferences.

You may choose a seated dinner, buffet dinner, or food stations. We’re happy to create a custom menu for you – just ask! Please see our menu as a starting point. All food and beverage must be purchased through The Loading Dock, with the exception of desserts.
beverage service
Choose from open bar packages including bottled beer, house wine, and house or premium liquor. All of our beverage packages include soda, tea, lemonade, coffee, and one signature drink.
pricing
The average cost for a Boatworks Reception is $120-$140 per person and is dependent upon the final guest count. This estimate includes the venue rental fee, gratuity, staff, basic bar package, buffet dinner, tables, chairs, china, and linens.
payments
The $4,000 rental fee is due to confirm your reservation. Six months (180 days) before your event, a $6,000 payment is due. The remaining balance and guest count are due two weeks (14 days) prior to your event. All payments are non-refundable. Please note, all credit/debit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
other information
The Food & Beverage minimum is $15,000. All events must conclude by 11:00 PM in observance of Grafton City Ordinance. The Boatworks is available for weddings and other private events in September & October.
